Under the Knife:So um yeah...sorry for the lack of postageness. Its partly due to spring break and the fact that I am really lazy...:) When I got back from spring break my computer wouldn't let me on the internet...something about a bad IP address. Well, as you can see, that is fixed now...yay!
I didn't really have a fun spring break. On Moday I went under the knife and got surgery on my leg. There was a funny looking spot on my skin so I had the dermatologist look at it. He wasn't sure what it was either so they cut me open to check it out. They had to go all the way down to the layer of muscule, and that is a lot, because it was located in my upper thigh. They pulled out what looked like a pearl and sewed me back up. Later he told me that it might be a cyst, but they won't get the results back till this upcoming Monday, which is also when I get my stitches out.
So basically I spent all of spring break lounging around playing PS2 the whole time. (Primarily FFX) I guess that's what you're supposed to do on a break, but I did it with pain as well. So when people asked me where I went for spring break I told them "Under the Knife!"
Things with my room mates are better now. I think we all just needed a little break from the chaos. Don't we all??? :P

Breaking:
Well, as you can probably guess, Sarah (my room mate) and I got into a fight. It was a pretty good one too...and I won of course. Stupid people always lose. I am so good at fighting, even my parents are afraid to fight with me because I am usually the one who wins or gets the last word...damn I'm good. I am persuasive too...which I also use to aid me in my conquest of the world.
So yeah, Spring Break is FINALLY here. It needed to be last week, our room mate tensions were high last week too. Lots of fighting, but none like the one today...it was the uber-fight. I am not going anywhere cool unfortunately. My mother informs me that I will be helping her clean around the house. I also have to do this scholarship thingy at Camp Carol Joy Holling all day on Saturday. I wonder what job they will want me do (which is why there are such things called "volunteer work") It's all the shit the people don't want to do themselves and make other people do it because they have to...like NHS. Thank God I'm out of that damn thing...

Scrubby:Wee! Our floor scrubs have arrived and they are muy bueno! They are little big on me but oh well. I ordered mediums and they fit me like an extra large. Thanks to the drawstring, they don't fall off my ass. The scrubs are light blue with navy blue lettering. It says "Smith 10" on the front pocket and it says "Sweeties" down the right leg with little candies scattered about. They are cute - so there! :)
I was sad this weekend because the Japanese exchange students left to go back to Japan. :( They were cute little Japanese people. I love Asian people so much, they are cute, quiet, tiny people - what's not to love? Well, I guess you could be a little jealous of their superior knowledge compared to ours. :P Anyways, I drew them all a picture of their likeness in anime drawing style. I also put their names in English and Japanese on it as well. I also gave them each a little gift to remember their experience at UNL by. They appreciated it so much that they gave me a lot of different gifts from Japan. Among them are a style brush to write in Kongi and the special paper you write it on. I've been struggling and having little fun trying to write. I'm not to good at it, but maybe I'll eventually get it all down.

Themes R Us:So I am excited because I got a new computer desktop theme, and you don't. It is mucho awesome and cool looking. I'll never go back to those lame-o origonal Windows themes. It's all the quality stuff for me now...weeeee! - Can you tell I'm dating a computer nerd...??? Didn't think so...
I also bought some new pajama pants, a shirt, and a coffee mug at the student union today. It was kind of crazy there because a whole bunch of weird people were protesting the war...at this point you probably know I'm far right :P To counter-act this, a few students and I planned to play the "shoot-'um-up" games in the game room of the student union. It was like our own little pro-war rally...in a sense. I am not totally for the war and I'm not totally against it. They each have their own advantages and disadvantages. I am pretty much indifferent...but you won't see me out protesting either view. :P

Nevermind:Isn't it great how things can change on a whim?
So I called my mom today and found out that there will be a $500 fee to cancel my room. So yeah...uh how about no... Besides everything is here that I need. There I would have to pay for electricity, phone and cable. Its already all here and included in the package...even if the university already rips me off. :)
A Place to Call My Own:
Sorry that I haven't blogged in awhile. It's not like anyone reads this anyways. :P There is also nothing really important that went on this week. Well, maybe one.
I think I am going to move into an appartment next year. I am sick of this "living in a closet with three other people thing," - also known as a triple room. I have reserved a double for next year in Smith 223, but the more and more I think about it, I want to move into the appartment. The appartment complex is only for college students, and there is a free shuttle bus that runs to campus and back every 30 minutes...which means Rachel will not be spending money for gas...yay!
I am going to share the room with 2 other people I know on my floor, that I am already good friends with. We just need one other person. The room we reserved is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a kitchen and living area. There is also a washer/dryer unit in our room too! The main thing is, I get my own room...and that is all I want. I'm really getting sick of all the singing, phone calling, loud music, and watching televison while I am trying to nap/sleep...and we all know how I feel about sleep...let alone any college student for that matter :)
